I had acne when I was really young, but those that I had were not really that many, but still I was really concerned. I had less acne but the ones that I had were all big and scary red; I had many scars on my face. It’s kind of sad because people only blame it on the genes and parents. They say that you will surely have acne if your parents had it when they were younger. Acne is created because of many factors, not just genetics; so it’s a very tricky thing to blame genes right away, not to mention unfair. I was able to buy the book because of the acne no more reviews that helped me decide to buy it. I started to have problems with the acne so I just decided to buy the book online and the review also helped, of course. The book tackles the many factors that affect acne like the chemical reactions in the body. It also talks about many things about hormones and the changes inside the body that help cause acne formation. I am definitely thankful for buying the book by Mike Walden and I am so contented with the results that I had. I know that I am a different person because of the confidence that I received from the treatment of my acne; the system is definitely a miracle in my eyes.
